The purpose of this site is to provide people using the website with information about Active Cutting Fluids, the products, promotions and services we offer. We offer industrial fluids and accessories for sale through the usual ecommerce process of adding items to a “cart” and finalizing the desired order through the checkout process, including a method to choose the desired shipping service and the ability to pay via credit card.
Product and Service Availability
The product pages on the website – with an image, description and add-to-cart button – are typically available to ship within 24 hours of an order being placed. For orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Time, we make every effort to ship the same day.
Photographs and Images:
Packaging and product styles change from time to time, so the image on this website may not exactly reflect the current packaging or product style. If your purchasing decision is contingent upon the photograph, please contact us to confirm whether the product matches the details you see in the picture before purchasing; we will be happy to send you an updated photo to help you make your purchasing decision.

Product Pricing and Orders:
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THIS WEB SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We retain the right to correct incorrect pricing due to clerical or typographical errors. The listing, description of, or reference to any product or service on the site does not imply that the product is presently available, nor that we warrant or endorse the product or service.
There is no minimum order size on this website. However, there may be a minimum order size in order to qualify for free shipping.
Order Acceptance:
Placing an order through this web site does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse an order for any reason, at our sole discretion, even if our web site software has confirmed the order.
Payment:
Products purchased using a credit card will be covered by the terms of the credit card agreement.
Order Processing:
Our goal is to ship complete orders within one business day of receipt. Orders that are placed on Friday will normally ship the following Monday.
Back Orders (Items not shipped complete):
Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Our normal procedure is to ship what we can at the time of the order and then ship the back-ordered amount when it becomes available. We will attempt to contact you, if your order cannot be completely fulfilled in the original shipment.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time during the checkout process, up until the final step when you click the button to Place Order. Once an order has been placed our web site does not offer online order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order desk at 800-710-7914 as soon as possible, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You may also e-mail your request to orderdesk@activecuttingfluids.com. In the event that we have already shipped the order when you contact us to cancel it, our normal refund/return policy will apply.
Order Status:
Our shopping cart software will send you a confirming e-mail upon receipt of your order, normally within a few minutes. Once received, we will begin picking your order for packing and shipment as soon as possible during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notifying e-mail, along with a tracking number to help you estimate the arrival date and time.
- All freight is prepaid and added to order unless otherwise specified.
- Shipments that are comprised of boxes that are less than 70 lbs. are shipped via UPS. Otherwise, shipments are shipped via a freight company.
- Fluid products are typically fulfilled from Springfield, MA or Philadelphia, PA. Fluid products will get shipped on the day after an order is placed. If you need an order expedited for same day shipping and it is before 1 pm, please call us - we may be able to make it happen. Skimmers and accessories will take longer, but will ship within 5 business days.

There will be no refunds or returns for any fluids purchased on this site. Once the purchased drum, pail or container of fluid is on the truck being shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the owner. Once a container is opened, the fluid falls under the laws for toxic waste, meaning it cannot be disposed of via a drain into municipal sewage or conventional trash. We cannot certify the contents for a return journey. Neither can we certify it for restocking.
Items that are not fluids or hazardous materials (i.e. skimmers, empty spray bottles etc.) have a 30-day return policy which must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and the product must be in first-class, resalable condition (unopened, unused and undamaged).
- • Returns are not accepted on special order items.
- • Any return or refund accepted is subject to an inspection of the returned item.
